I placed my order, what should I do now?
* On our page, your orders are received via Bank Transfer and Credit Card.
1) For orders placed via bank transfer, you must make payment to any of the bank account numbers provided to you within 3 business days. Please do not forget to write the order number in the description section during the payment process.
2) You do not need to do anything for orders placed with a credit card. Information about the status of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. Or our customer service will inform you by phone / e-mail.
What are the delivery methods for my purchases?
* The products you have ordered and paid for are sent by our contracted cargo company Yurtiçi Kargo. You can easily track the status of your order from the membership information page. Our only delivery method is Cargo for now.

Do I have to enter my credit card information to make purchases?
* You can shop on our page using a credit card.

When you enter your credit card number, the information about your number is encrypted and sent to the bank. What are the return conditions?
* The products must be unused, the labels must not be removed, and the product boxes must not be damaged.
*We kindly ask you to pack your returned products together with their boxes in a cargo bag or a sturdy bag. There should be no cargo label, packing tape etc. on the original boxes of the products. They should be sent undamaged, protected in a cargo bag. Cargo companies are not responsible for packaging your cargo with a cargo bag, make sure it is packaged correctly when you deliver it. Returns that do not meet the conditions are not accepted.

* Returns that do not meet the required conditions are not accepted.
* Customers who shop via EFT or Wire Transfer options must enter their account numbers in the return form.
Who pays for the shipping costs when returning my products?
You can return your products free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date.
Is cash on delivery service available?
We do not have a payment at the door service.
When will I receive a refund for my products?
* The returned products you send are first checked by the "Quality Control Unit".
* Orders with approved returns will be refunded according to the payment method.
* If a Credit Card or BKM Express was used in the order, the refund will be made to your Credit Card.
* If the Money Order/EFT option was used in the order, your refund will be made to your Bank Account.
* Returns are processed within 2-10 business days after your return is approved.
* The time it takes for your credit card refunds to be reflected on your statements varies depending on the bank.
* The refund amount is delivered to you by the IYZICO intermediary payment institution. If the amount is not reflected to you after you are informed that your refund has been made, this is a situation between the payment institution and your bank.
